Celebrating Parenthood at the Norfolk Bump & Beyond Baby and Toddler fair

fdf

Last Sunday, April 30th, I had the pleasure of attending the Norfolk Bump & Beyond Baby and Toddler Fair for the first time. The fair, held at the Norfolk Showgrounds, brought together over 100 exhibitors, offering a wide range of products, activities, talks, and demonstrations related to pregnancy, parenting, and early childhood. Not only was it a fantastic opportunity to shop for baby items and explore local businesses, but it was also a chance to support a worthy cause, as the fair was raising funds for East Anglia's Children's Hospices (EACH) and their NOOK Appeal. In this blog post, I'll share my experience at the fair and the exciting collaborations I have planned with local businesses in Norfolk.

Walking through the bustling indoor venue of the Norfolk Showgrounds, I was greeted by a vibrant atmosphere filled with parents-to-be, families, and exhibitors eager to showcase their products and services. The variety of exhibitors catered to all stages of parenthood, from pregnancy to pre-school. It was a delightful opportunity to engage with suppliers, learn about their offerings, and gather valuable information on playgroups and networking opportunities for parents in Norfolk. Connecting with local businesses that share the same passion for supporting families was truly inspiring.

After the fair, I reached out to several suppliers and local businesses to explore potential collaborations. As a mumpreneur myself, supporting and promoting small businesses in the area is of great importance to me. I'm excited to announce that this blog will be a platform to showcase the amazing local talent and businesses in Norfolk. By sharing their stories, products, and services, we can come together as a community and uplift these entrepreneurs who are making a difference in the lives of parents and children.

A Grateful 'Swag Bag'

One highlight of attending the fair was receiving a delightful 'swag bag' filled with goodies. A special thank you goes to JoJo Mama Bébé for curating a fantastic bag that included a MAM Anti-colic bottle, Best Baby and Toddler Gear Magazine, a dinosaur magnet mat, as well as gift certificates and coupons. It was a thoughtful gesture that added to the excitement and value of the event.

Looking Forward

My experience at the Norfolk Bump & Beyond Baby and Toddler Fair left me eager for the next edition and the opportunity to bring my little one along with me. The fair not only provides a fun and informative environment for parents but also serves as a platform to support charitable initiatives like EACH's NOOK Appeal. I encourage all parents and families in the Norfolk area to mark their calendars and join me at future events.
