TIPS FOR DOING DISNEYLAND WITH UNDER 2'S-

Hold on to your Mickey ears, fellow adventurers! It's story time with the one and only Beth Brings the Bash, and this time, we're spilling all the deets on our epic journey to Disneyland Paris. Get cosy as I take you on a whirlwind adventure filled with pixie dust, family giggles, and a touch of jet-setting glamour. From the moment we jetted off with JetBlue from London to the heart of Paris to our cosy stay at Disney Hotel Cheyenne booked via Booking.com, every detail of our four-night escapade is about to unfold. So, kick back, relax, and let's dive into the magic!

London to Paris: Jetting Off in Style with JetBlue

Our adventure kicked off with an exciting flight from London to Paris, and let me tell you, JetBlue knows how to make the journey as magical as the destination. From comfy seats to in-flight entertainment that kept the kiddos (and let's be honest, the adults too) entertained, it was a smooth ride filled with anticipation for the enchantment awaiting us across the Channel.

Touchdown in Paris: A Magical Welcome Awaits!

As our plane touched down in the City of Lights, the excitement reached a fever pitch. We grabbed our bags, hopped into a cosy bus transfer to our hotel, and before we knew it, we were standing a stone's throw away from the gates of Disneyland Paris.

Checking In at Disney Htel Cheyenne: Where the Wild West Meets Whimsy

Our home away from home for this magical journey was the one and only Disney Hotel Cheyenne. Picture this: rustic charm, cowboy boots, and a dash of Disney enchantment. Beth Brings the Bash believes in setting the stage for the adventure, and Cheyenne did just that. Themed rooms, frontier-inspired décor – it was like stepping into a Wild West fairy tale, and the kids loved it.

Navigating the Parks: A Masterclass in Fun

Booking.com made sure our stay was seamless, leaving us more time to conquer the parks. Armed with our Disneyland Paris app and a splash of early morning energy, we hit the parks before the crowds arrived. Beth's pro tip: prioritise the must-see attractions, but leave room for spontaneity. Sometimes, the most magical moments happen when you least expect them!

Nom Nom Time: A Feast Fit for Royalty

Exploring the parks can work up quite an appetite, and we were on a mission to savour every bite. Booking restaurants in advance via the Disneyland Paris app was a game-changer- but we booked this trip last minute so the character dining options were all full. We opted for trying out one buffet-the one at our hotel and then opted for grabbing a bite from the nearby train station or fast-service restaurants. We did eat at the Five Guys one night in Disney Village. From character breakfasts to themed dinners, your taste buds can take a journey around the world, and I know from previous experiencee that kids get a kick out of dining with their favourite characters!

Entertainment Extravaganza: Where Every Show Steals the Spotlight

Disneyland Paris isn't just about rides – it's a stage for a spectacular entertainment extravaganza. Parades, live shows, and impromptu dance parties with characters – and I know that variety is the spice of life. Plan your day to catch a bit of everything, and watch as the whole family gets swept up in the magic. We especially loved the fireworks-try to stand near a bin so you can sit your children on top of it, because the crowds get crazy! I think we waited 2.5 hours in our spot (which was a challenge), but we took waiting in turns while we took our oldest on a few nearby rides.

Sweet Dreams at Cheyenne

After a day filled with adventures, there's nothing like returning to the comfort of Disney Hotel Cheyenne. Themed cowboy beds, cosy blankets, and a sprinkle of Toy Story magic – it was the perfect place to recharge for the next day's escapades. Booking.com made the process a breeze, leaving us with more time to unwind and create family memories.

Souvenir Shopping Spree: Bringing the Magic Home at Halloween

Ah, the quintessential Disneyland Paris experience isn't complete without a bit of retail therapy. Booking.com gave us the perfect home base to stow away our newfound treasures. From classic mouse ears to a super cute mini trick-or-treat bucket for our littlest addition, we let the kids loose in the shops, and the joy on their faces was worth every penny.

Travelling to Disneyland Paris with a little one under the age of 2 can be both exciting and challenging. To ensure a magical and stress-free experience, here are five tips for making the most of your visit:

TOP TIPS FOR DOING DISNEYland paris WITH UNDER 2'S

  1. Plan Around Naptimes: Babies and toddlers thrive on routine, and interrupting their nap schedule can lead to crankiness. Plan your visit to Disneyland Paris with your little one's nap times in mind. Consider arriving early in the morning when your child is fresh and well-rested. If your little one typically naps in the afternoon, plan a break during that time to allow for a peaceful rest.

  2. Utilize Baby Care Centers: Disneyland Paris provides Baby Care Centers equipped with changing tables, nursing rooms, feeding areas, and baby supplies. These centres are a haven for parents with infants. Take advantage of these facilities to attend to your baby's needs comfortably. It's also a great place to cool off and take a break from the hustle and bustle of the park.

  3. Pack Essentials for Comfort: Be sure to pack a well-stocked diaper bag with all the essentials. This includes diapers, wipes, changing pads, extra clothing, baby food/formula, snacks, and any comfort items your little one may need. Consider bringing a stroller for your child to rest in when needed. Disneyland Paris is stroller-friendly, and having one can make it easier to navigate the park, especially when your little one needs a break.

  4. Choose Baby-Friendly Attractions: While there are many thrilling rides and attractions at Disneyland Paris, not all may be suitable for your little one. Take advantage of attractions that cater to younger children, such as "It's a small world" or the gentle boat rides. Check the park map for designated areas for young children and plan your day around these toddler-friendly options.

  5. Be Flexible and Take Breaks: Understand that travelling with a little one means being flexible with your plans. If your child needs a break, find a shaded spot or one of the Baby Care Centers for some downtime. Embrace a more relaxed pace, and don't feel pressured to experience every ride or attraction. Enjoy the moments of wonder and discovery through your child's eyes.

Remember, the key to a successful trip is to prioritise your child's comfort and well-being. By planning and incorporating these tips, you can create a magical experience for your family at Disneyland Paris, even with your little one in tow.

Conclusion: As we bid au revoir to Disneyland Paris, the memories of our adventure lingered like the sweet taste of a cake from Main Street U.S.A. From jetting off with JetBlue to our cosy stay at Disney Hotel Cheyenne booked via Booking.com, every detail added a layer of magic to our family journey.
